Reviews and Ratings
I was amazed by the supremely impressive views right across Shanghai from the hotel. Accessing the hotel by subway was very convenient. The room was perfectly clean, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, most likely from the A/C. Surprisingly, I found the couch more comfortable than the bed.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some great aspects but also a couple of downsides. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, though showing some signs of wear and tear. The service was generally friendly but at times a bit slow, especially at the egg station. The hotel's location was ideal for my visit to the exhibition center, but it was unexpectedly noisy due to the presence of many children. The dining options were good with a helpful staff. However, the hotel's pricing could be more competitive, considering the overall experience.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were not 5-star standard but had excellent facilities, including the wonderful views. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was good, right in front of the exhibition center. The dining experience was a special treat during the National holiday. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel offers incredible and very big rooms across the road from the exhibition center. The rooms are super big, especially on the executive floor with a nice view over the city. However, some may find the hotel a bit too busy and noisy, especially with many kids around.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a great location. The dining experience is good despite a few minor issues. Facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful for that. The rooms are well designed for the extended stay or business traveler and spacious, making it a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just next to the Metro station, which is very convenient. However, it may not be ideal for tourists looking to be close to the city center.
I was beyond thrilled with the hotel's rooms, which far exceeded my expectations. They were immaculately clean, featured a cozy bed with a remarkably comfortable mattress and bedding, and boasted a stunning view reminiscent of a bygone era. However, the dining experience left much to be desired for the price paid without including breakfast.
The hotel rooms, like they were built during the 19th century, exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for that. They are very spacious by any hotel standards, clean, comfortable, and stylish, although nothing extraordinary. The service, especially Wendy and their Executive named Lyra at Arte Cafe' in the 1st floor, was a little over the top but really prepared to make the stay even better. The location, by the Jumeirah Hotels in UAE, is perfect for visiting the SNIEC and very near the Expo. The dining experience offers a great mix of different food cultures. The facilities are recommendable and in a good location.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, perfectly located for the convention center. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were well-maintained. Value for money is fair.
The hotel has a unique charm with rooms that feel like they were built during the 19th century, located conveniently at the end of the corridor. The cleanliness is commendable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. However, the food options could be improved upon.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views over the city, though they could be brighter. The service is top-notch, especially from the well-trained staff. The location is ideal for those attending exhibitions, right opposite the expo center. The dining options are a bit limited but recommendable. The facilities are outstanding, with ample amenities for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, possibly due to shared A/C with smoking rooms. The service was a blend of fantastic assistance and some arrogance. The location was ideal for my needs, being very close to the exhibition center, but communication issues arose during check-out. The dining experience offered a fantastic ambiance but had occasional service issues.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious, great for a trip with kids despite not being ready upon arrival. However, the absence of blinds for the toilet and shower can be inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel offers excellent facilities.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found the location to be absolutely fantastic, right by the M-station for easy access to various places. The room was a bit dark, but thanks to the staff's high standard service, Wendy and Mandy made my stay truly comfortable and professional. The dining experience had a great selection of food, though it was a little pricey. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making it a great value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cozy with a good view and king-size beds, but some were in poor condition. The service was top-notch with a helpful manager, making my stay pleasant overall. The location was convenient for various activities but depended on where you wanted to go. The dining options were satisfactory, especially for those attending events at the expo center.
